All Different - All Equal"All different, All equal" is the call of the Council of Europe for Diversity, Human Rights and Participation. The campaign is aimed to encourage and enable young people to participate in building peaceful societies based on diversity and inclusion, in a spirit of respect, tolerance, and mutual understanding.

Lisbon Declaration on Youth Policies and Programmes

The Lisbon Declaration on Youth Policies and Programmes was adopted in the World Conference of Ministers Responsible for Youth, held at Lisbon from 8 till 12 August 1998. The government leaders participating in the Conference committed themselves to take action in 8 key areas affecting youth: national youth policy, participation, development, peace, education, employment, health and drug and substance abuse.
